We can provide a tracking number to you
after 2 days, due to packages not being
able to be tracked until they arrive to

Return/Exchange
--We only offer store credits on shoes that
are brand new and in the condition that
we sent them to you.
--Some unexceptable reasons for exchange
are: I don't want the shoes anymore, I ordered
the wrong size or color, colors of shoes
are darker or lighter thanpictured,shoes
do not fit.

you are located.
--You will recieve a tracking number from
us after 1-3 days in which you can go to
the shipping carriers site and track the
package(s)
--Packages if hold on china . we send out
free again . if hold on at you country .
we and client half cost . we send again

--All packages must be signed for. If no
one is home to recieve your package, then
it will be held until you are able to sign
